Welcome to a new month
Hello Friday and hello to all my blog friends. Life has been pretty busy this holiday but I'm managing to catch up with my blog posts.
My children love to see my nature especially animal drawings. So this week I did these fish in watercolors.
An art journal page in the making. When it is about deciding whether a page is done I go by my instinct. I feel the background is done but there is the need to add something else, maybe a quote. What do you think?
I used a variety of acrylic paints, Dylusion sprays, glimmer mists, modeling paste and stencils. Love to create such spontaneous art pages.
From today Lisa Sonora Beam's Root: 30 Day Journal Project has started. It is a free online course for 30 days. I did this last January and loved it. So you can see more Art Journaling here this month.
That is all for today. Now I'm going to try doing something based on the first prompt from Lisa's course.
Wish you all a lovely weekend.
