Tammy of daisy yellow has come up with this awesome idea - The Creativity Queue Challenge.
Her only rule is to create, which I feel is so cool [I hate when it comes to following so many rules and rituals, a total waste of time in my opinion-:) ] You've to work on any idea that has been unfinished or even on something that is taking shape in your mind, double cool-:)

Here is mine for Day-1

As I've mentioned before, I'm doing a Watercolor Pencil Workshop taught by Dion Dior. I'm still trying to catch up with all the exercises.

These two paintings were done little by little over the last couple of days. (My baby is sick, and then everything else takes a back step). I'd more plans with the water can but had to make it a small project. Maybe soon, I'll do one more of it and add the rest of what I've in my mind.

This challenge is there for 8 days. If you're interested in participating, go here for more details: http://daisyyellow.squarespace.com/

Thank you and wishing for a great week filled with good weather, health and creativity,
SusaN

  1. Hi Susan,
Thanks for your kind comment s about my stamp carving post today.
I love your water-colour sketches, and it looks like Dion's class is wonderful. I just started painting, and have a lot to learn.
I hope your baby feels better soon.

When it comes to having a 1 and a 5 year old at home, flu and common cold are all part of our lives-:)

  5. Nice work, Susan! I love watercolors but usually am just using them for backgrounds - envy those who can actually sketch & paint images with them, and I love your watercan and scissors :) Hope you can find more time to keep up with the challenge! ~ gem ~

  7. Thank you Tammy for your kind words. I'm into art only from the last 6 months. With 2 kids at home I never get long hours to sit and create anything. I'm a strong believer in creating for 10 or 30mts, or whenever I can. Well, that is the only option that I've right now.
