Christmas... DLP Dec5th Challenge

I knew this was Friday, but totally forgot that it was my day to share my DLP project here. December is usually so busy with more art, making Christmas cards, sometimes ornaments for the tree and so on.
In my last post I had posted some of my Christmas cards. Today I want to share more cards that I'm getting ready for sending to friends and family.

Some  of you probably remember my Daily Sketches from last month. I made prints from some of those paintings.  They all have come out so beautiful and I can't wait to share them with my loved ones-:) As of now, they are all blank cards. I'm yet to stamp or write on them.

DLP Dec5th Challenge was to add 'your written word' to the art page. For this week I did a very bright and cheerful page. I've used Balzer designs Peacock feathers stencil, another favorite of mine from Julie Balzer's collection.

Apart from filling each feather with multiple colors I also adhered micro beads on the center. Can you see them?

Anyways, the challenge was to add my writing to the page. First, I stamped the word, Celebrate, as this is the season of celebration and then I journaled over the whole page.

That is it for today. I'm linking my page to PPFArt Journal Everyday and Art Journal Journey
Wish you all a happy weekend
Thank you for being here
