Last month, I had signed up for Christy Tomlinson's She Art-1 class. The making of the background was not a new thing to me but of course you can watch tons of techniques in building many layers to your page in her videos .But I've always wanted to learn to create those pretty girls/ladies and it was so much fun dressing them up and trying new hairstyles.
I wanted to share with you all this little girl whom I created in this class.

She is my first

And of course I plan to make many more of them. If you love this girl I'm sure you should try Christy's class http://christytomlinson.typepad.com/ . She teaches how to create girls in different kinds of dresses, the modern and the vintage and so on.
Thanks for checking

Susan, she is darling!! I love the background colors/textures great job on it!! I'm so excited to see her finally, what a great job you did on all of her. Great little dress and her lace trimming, she's sweet. This would be fun to make girls and dressing them, especially since you have boys. I can't wait to see more SHE ART from you!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
oh and thanks for the comment on my little Colt, you should do one of these posts too.
Thanks for making me SMILE!!!
p.s. is she on canvas or your book? If on canvas will you hang her up?
Lovely! I especially like the pattern on her dress and that sweetly shaped face. Hoping you continue to make many more. :)
