This week's colors for the SOC challenge are Candy Apple Red and Yellow. Now there is only one more week. I really enjoyed taking part in this challenge.
This week I created a page full of poppies. Hmmm! They do look like poppies, right? I just tried painting them with acrylics. The background is yellow tissue and I just wrote what my heart told; Nature does add lots of color and cheer to my life.
Happy SOC everyone.
Thanks

I thought about doing poppies too, but wasn't sure I had the skills to draw them. You did a fantastic job!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty and bright page!! I love that you have a yellow tissue background, so wonderful with the red isn't it. This week's colors really made us feel like summer. The grass looks good too, that's what I will be practicing with, green doesn't like me very much when painting, ha! The poppies are pretty and what a great saying for this page and time of year.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you could join in SOC this week, know you had a busy week.
Can't wait to see what next weeks are!
