DLP Nov-14 Challenge and Daily Sketch Day -12


The DLP Challenge for November 14th was to use a handmade stamp. Definitely this was another favorite of mine.For this page, I couldn't stop with just one stamp instead I used three that I had made long time ago.You  can see how well used they are. On the background I have used a chevron stamp. Next, I used my flower stamp that was carved out of foam. Finally, I used my favorite leaf stamp. 
I completed the page by adhering a watercolor image of an oriole, that I had done a long time ago and the quote, 'Live and let Live'

For my daily sketch, I did this cardinal in watercolor.

    I have a cardinal collections, so I was thrilled to see this beauty. You did an excellent job.

    I also like the stamps you carved and am in awe of anyone who can create their own stamps. Your completed page looks gorgeous.
